INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY
Are you feeling...

In psychoanalysis, the person coming usually verbalizes whatever comes to his/her mind (free association). Using free association, suppressed thought and feelings can come to the surface and be analyzed and interpreted by the patient and the analyst. The analyst tried to support the patient in gaining a better understanding of his unconscious wishes and desires by working though conflicts, dreams, motives, thoughts and pleasures. These conflicts can come from both the past and the present because often behavioral patterns are relived throughout the years. By going through the process critical moments in the life of the patient are identified, processed and worked through in order to possibly move on or draw conclusions from that experience. [STUMM, G. INFANT PSYCHOTHERAPY
Do you have...

Do you feel...

Am I a good mother? Am I a good father? Why am I unable to sooth my own baby? The expectations that new parents set for themselves are enormous and often cause stress and strain. It is important to find a space where these feelings can be discussed without judgement. Every fear and panic can find room. In infant psychotherapy it is not possible to work without one or both parents because you know your child best.

CHILD AND ADOLESCENT PSYCHOTHERAPY
I...

Children and adolescents are living though enormous changes in their lives, especially in times like these. Hence, it is important that even the smallest among us receive the support that they need.
In child psychotherapy playing is at the forefront. Children are able to use playing to communicate with adults and thus is a tool utilized in psychotherapy. Adolescents often use this time to create their own space and sometimes prefer not to play. Therefore, in psychotherapy we work together and adapt to the needs of the individual.

COUPLES PSYCHOTHERAPY
Do you have...

Are you fighting? Are you not sure how to talk to each other anymore? Do you have problems that you are unable to solve alone? In couples psychotherapy it is not about finding the guilty party, but about better communication and a path for a future. A part of that can be to work on and possibly solve conflicts within the relationship, while acknowledging that some patterns may be from ones own past and are reactivated within the current relationship.

FAMILY PSYCHOTHERAPY
Do you have...

Is everyday a fight these days? Does every conversation end in a fight? Do you remain silent rather than voicing your problems and talking to one another? The stress that families can experience in situations of crisis are enormous and sometimes are unable to be resolved alone. In times like these, it is important to find a space that allows every individual to voice his or her concerns and raise any other issues. One aim of family psychotherapy is to find a path for everyone and solve the internal conflicts within the family in a safe and accepting environment. Key is that every member gets the help that they need.

GROUP PSYCHOTHERAPY
Are you feeling...

We as human beings grow up and spend a large amount of our time in groups. This begins with the families that we are born into to friend groups, to school and eventually in a job. Groups and the experiences that we make in groups are essential for our entire development. Frequently it is possible to reflect and grow from experiences in groups and thus benefit from it.
